You need your private onboarding link

Onboarding is completed through a personal link sent to you by your property manager. It looks like link.getsaddle.ai/onboard/… and opens straight into your details — no account or password needed.

Can't find it, or has it expired? Reply to the email you received and your manager will send a fresh link.
